This site is Guildford Borough Council's way of advertising council and partner housing association properties for rent and council garage rental.
2 July 2020 - We have no 2 bedroom properties available this week.
We have very recently received Government guidance to advise that Social Housing landlords can start to resume tenancy lets and mutual exchanges.
As our previous message stated these moves were put on hold due to Covid -19 and we are now trying to recommence this work. Therefore, we would ask you for your patience in allowing us to contact you directly with news of what is required to manage and progress your moves.
We are now required to employ extra arrangements to ensure we are operating safely to manage the risks of Covid-19 and this could result in delays outside of our control.
Please note the council offices remain to be closed to members of public, unless you have a pre-arranged appointment.
Please continue to check this page for further updates For any enquiries please contact us on 01483 444244 or email email@example.com

Welcome to the Winter edition of HomeRun, Guildford Borough Council's housing newsletter.
In this edition we will update you on housing development, give you information on how our services are performing, and invite you to take part in a housing survey to tell us about your housing needs.
You can find the newsletter here.
We would like everyone that is registered for housing with us to complete our survey, to help us to plan for new housing in the future. The survey should take no more than five minutes and responses are anonymous. please complete the survey here.
Save £20 per month and in 5 year's time you will have saved £1200
Save £25 per month and you will have saved £1500
All social landlords are now expecting a month's rent in advance at the sign up. It generally takes more than 5 years for applicants in Band C on our register to bid successfully for social housing. So by starting saving now you will be ready to sign up and take your tenancy and move into a home of your own.
There is a credit union covering Surrey so why not consider setting up a savings account with "Boom!"? A credit union is an independent not-for-profit organisation, committed to being responsible lenders. Click on their logo below.
Please be aware that should you bid on a property you will be unsuccessful if the verification process highlights changes in your particular circumstances that exclude you under the allocations scheme. The full Allocations Scheme is available via a link on our Prioritising applications for rented housing page. Our lettings also follow the guidance in our Guildford Tenancy Strategy, updated in 2013.
